Cut out in the size you want and attach to e.g. the backpack.
Poof! Now you have another place to attach your patches!

ATTENTION! Be sure to attach the velcro firmly to a clean and dry surface.
Then let the velcro's glue work before you subject it to stress!
The bands are also suitable for being sewn on if you wish to do so.
